Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of purchase for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with the original tags attached.
To start a return, contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges within 7 days of purchase.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
To request an exchange, reach out to our customer support team, and we’ll arrange the exchange process.
We cover the shipping costs for the first exchange. For any additional exchanges, customers will need to cover shipping costs.


Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we may have already started processing your order, and cancellation may not be possible.
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. If your order has already shipped, you’ll need to follow our return process.
